By agreeing to use the SHAUKH Exchanges Portal and/or initiating a request for purchase of Product(s) on the Portal, you agree to be bound by the terms contained in this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this Policy, you are advised not to transact on SHAUKH.COM
Please note that we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order for products on shaukh.com. Every time you wish to use the portal, please check the policy to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time.
SHAUKH offers exchanges and returns within 7 days of delivery. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive an email notification, and our logistics partner will arrange pick-up within 24-48 hours. If the pick-up is unsuccessful after two attempts, you’ll need to return the item to our warehouse. Please note, reverse pick-up availability depends on your area.
Once received at our warehouse, items undergo a Quality Check (QC). Approved exchanges are typically processed within 7-10 working days. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative product or issue store credit, redeemable in-store or online.
For returns, refunds are provided as a credit note once the product passes QC. This credit note will be sent to your registered email address.
Products must be in a saleable, unused condition to qualify. Return requests will be facilitated by our reverse-logistics partner, who may contact you for product pick-up. SHAUKH reserves the right to reject any request if the item does not meet these criteria.
You can exchange/return the product(s), purchased from us provided the product(s) satisfy below mandatory conditions:
